Valsalva: When you have a strong muscular contraction in your chest/abdomen, such as with vomiting or a severe coughing attack, it increases the blood pressure, which can result in breakage of small blood vessels. This is called Valsalva. The petechiae should resolve over time. If the headache and pressure sensation persist, I would see a doctor.
