Headaches : Headaches "behind" the eyes would be compatible with a sinus infection, particularly associated with swollen glands in the neck. Not all sinus infections cause fever, sore throat, or runny nose. The vast majority of cases are caused by viral infection. It is always good to get a physical examination by a doctor to look for findings consistent with the presumptive diagnosis. Partial or compete resolution of symptoms within 7-10 days is typical of acute viral rhinosinusitis, a self-limited process for which treatment is supportive aimed at symptom relief. I hope this is helpful, and i hope you feel better soon.
