Fluid: Looks like some fluid (not infection) in the lungs and possibly fluid outside the lung between the lung and the ribcage on the left.

Assume CXR reading: PICC = Percutaneous Intervenous central Cathiter, IV line in your arm in good position. Lung reflect slight fluid overload / CHF ( Congestive Heart Failure).
