Should be fine: Incidental findings are always worrisome through the surprise element they bring, and atelectasis or partially deflated lung is among the most common benign findings. At times it still may reflect pathology either in respective lung or adjacent structures. Definitely worth mentioning during follow up with your doc as to how to proceed going forward.
