Is it safe for my 20 month old to fly with a buckle fracture in her fibula she is not in a cast. she did it 04/08/14. will be 4-5 hour flight. thanks ?

Yes, with caution: Airplane travel with a buckle fracture poses no increased risk of injury from the flight itself. Until her bones are completely healed, she is at risk for further injury or progression of the fracture if she sustains another trauma, such as being hit with a suitcase or bumped in the leg by another person.
