Hard to Say: Only a dedicated varicose vein specialist can do the proper history, physical exam, ultrasound of your veins, and review of your previous operative reports to determine WHY you have recurrent varicose veins, and the best possible treatments for them. Check for someone near you through the Society of Phlebology. Good luck!

See Vein Specialist: You will need to see a vascular surgeon, ie vein specialists in order to answer that fully. Recurrent varicose veins are not too uncommon & can usually be fixed. The first step is getting a venous reflux ultrasound to map out the abnormal surface veins & any defective underlying veins. Treatment can vary but includes laser, sclerotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, & phlebectomy. Stripping is rare.

Varicose veins: first I would recommend undergoing a venous Doppler-sonogram to determine the source of the problem. Based on that information a treatment plan can be established to determine the least invasive mode of therapy to treat the issue. Sometimes foam compression sclerotherapy may be suitable.
