Anxiety: Yes, anxiety does lead to depression. Its an abuse to the gift of imagination. And its true, 92% of what we worry about does not happen. Its best to break out of the habit. You may want to seek the aid of a friend, a counselor, a priest, a psychiatrist or prayers. Talking about it helps.
