Bell fat: Use American Diabetic Association diet of no less than 1300 calories/day and get into an exercise program for abdomen. This obviously assumes you have no medical issues which would preclude you from dieting or vigorous exercise.

Target exercise: Avoid sugary drinks, balanced diet with slight preference to lean protein. Excercise that strenghten abd muscles and overall weight loss.
