A good thing: This suggests that there is no inflammation involving the pleura - the space around the lungs, or that there isn't any fluid building up in that respective space(a so called pleural effusion).

No pleural disease: Pleural reaction usually refers to fluid in space around the lung. This fluid can be secondary to infection (purulent material), tumor, trauma, sometimes hemorrhage. Pleural reaction when chronic may be scar tissue.
