Probably benign: Unfortunately this term is ambiguous. Usually, there will be a prior and the finding will be unchanged, so probably nothing to worry about. Refers to rounding/obliteration of the angle where the chest wall and lung meet at the bottom; it is usually sharp but blunting can occur due to fluid (effusion) which can be acute or chronic, whereas thickening is probably chronic. A CT scan will help clarify.
