Phobia therpy: Your is a fairly common phobia. Psychotherapists w/ a solid phobia skill set will be able to help you resolve it. You'd need to cooperate and it will take some courage but you'd get lots of support and perhaps even medication for the tough spots. Many have succeeded, you can too! An extra benefit is that any other problems you have can be helped too. It's a good deal!
