I had an anxiety attack about 2 days ago because i had to get blood drawn. i have a bad phobia of needles. i still feel the anxiety after 2 days. slight lose of appetite, kinda short of breathe and a little lightheaded. is that normal?

No: Of course that isn't normal. However, phobias are common and are treatable. Please consider an option like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or hypnosis. You don't have to live with this type of fear. Take care.
