Needs evaluation!: You need to make your way to your Doctor's office or go to ER..this suggests semi-urgent/urgent evaluation. While the blood pressure of 160/100 is not extraordinarily high, concern is raised with the coexistence of your other symptoms. It may all be due to your thyroid (? thyroiditis), but heart issues must be excluded. You need a good history, exam, tests. Go Now ...Stay well:)
