Sunbed: If you are really concerned about it affecting your end result of a surgical procedure, always ask the surgeon. Beyond that, know that a sunbed causes sun damage just like the sun. I do not recommend sun beds or sunbathing.

Suntan bed dangers: Generally, 3 months after primary closed endonasal rhinoplasty is long enough to be able to do whatever you normally like to do. By then, the skin of the nose has healed so that it can tolerate sun exposure like normal skin. However, this is NOT to say that sun tan beds are OK! They have been well-established to create damage to the skin that may cause long term increases in cancer risk.

Rhinoplasty: No. Sunbeds are a very bad idea as a general rule. They increase the risks of skin cancer. What is the point of undergoing a rhinoplasty only to have a large skin cancer excised from the nose later. Please avoid it.
