9 months after rhinoplasty i noticing some redness & brown patches on my nose. i also started taking adderall around then but later stopped. now 1.5 yr post op and after 4 vbeam sessions i think it might be even worse. is there anything i can do? :?

If it was for rosacea- it is about 25-75% effective. Pl see your dermatologist again
