Rhinoplasty recovery: Dear miken5, the risks in the first 2 weeks are infection, bruising, and nosebleeds. Long term, there is a small scar that is usually not noticeable, there is not much pain, narrowing of the nasal passages causing breathing problems, healing issues can cause some minor changes in the way the nose looks. Overall, it is a very safe operation with manageable risks. Best regards, nima shemirani.

Low risks: Significant complications are uncommon from rhinoplasty. The most common is nausea from anesthesia and swallowed blood at surgery. Infection, redeviation, recurrence of a bump, asymmetry, nasal obstruction, loss of smell, and other complications are less common but can happen.
