Fairly quickly: Medications such as diazepam taken orally have a pretty quick onset. Usually as quick as 30 minutes. May take a bit longer but for sure less than an hour.

A female asked:

Start simple: The orthopedist will do some tats to see what if any damage there is. There are so many bones, ligaments and tendons in the foot and ankle that it may be hard to figure out at first, but with a good exam and some test they should be able to help you and your daughter figure out what is going on.

Lifestyle change: Ii would not focus solely on medications to manage your condition. Chronic fatigue can be quiet disturbing to your quality of life and requires dedication on your part to treat. I would suggest making changes to your lifestyle and making changes such as sleep habits, diet, and exercise to help battle what your feeling.
