Meditation: It may take a while, but meditation may relieve you of panic. Fear is generally based on being out of present time. Worry about the past, which is gone, or the future, which may never happen, are the commonest causes of fear and panic. Learn to return your attention to the present deliberately, over and over, and you may nip your panic syndrome at its root cause.

Many options: While there is no quick permanent solution, I suggest cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) and as a last resort medication. CBT helps retrain your responses to situations that trigger the panic attacks and is very effective. Getting an adequate amount of sleep, exercising and eating healthy are also beneficial.Avoid alcohol and caffeine. Consult your health care provider for a referral to a therapist
