No...: From what you have described, there is no mention of cancer. Adenoids are a normal part of the body (which can get enlarged). They are a mass of lymphatic tissue situated posterior to the nasal cavity, in the roof of the nasopharynx, where the nose blends into the throat. This fragment of the report looks fine, but talk to the doctor who did the procedure to confirm that everything looked good.

Not cancer: adenoid tissue is generally found in your pharynx/throat area and is non malignant (not cancerous).
