I have a mass that was 2cm and is now 5cm i have a lot of pain and nausea at times dr said i need a biopsy should i be worried? cancer runs in family

Not enough info: To answer your question correctly, we would need a lot more information, such as where the mass is, how long has it been growing, and whether there are other symptoms. Certainly it is worrisome enough that you need to follow up with your doctor's advice, if he is recommending a biopsy. Good luck.
