Meet with a: psychologist who specializes in ADHD. They can work with you on techniques that can help you stay focused. If it is not enough, you can always get evaluated for a trial on medications (which can be helpful for many people).

ADHD: Treatment for ADHD without medication is controversial. But, behavioral interventions, like playing sports, reward systems, maintaining a healthy diet low in artificial ingredients, getting plenty of sleep, yoga are some possibilities. Also, a second opinion on the diagnosis should be considered as well. Good luck!
