ADHD and JOB: Assuming you have a formal diagnosis and are being effectively treated with medication, then counseling with a ADHD specialist and highly recommend use of an ADHD coach to help implement changes based on feedback from your therapist. There are very affordable ADHD coaches out there but have to look.
