STD v. anxiety: It is difficult to know what is going on here without more history and the ability to do a full exam and possibly some testing. It would be very unusual to get an STD while wearing an intact condom, and some of the symptoms you are describing may be a result of your own anxiety. See a doctor and discuss this in detail. Exam: Get examined and try to relax. If you have sores on your penis get checked- I doubt that there is a relationship between your illness and erections; howver, who really gets erections when they feel sick.

Genital discomfort: If you wore a condom it is unlikely that the symptoms you describe are related to sexual activity. Your symptoms on general are not consistent with an STD such as herpes.
