Go back to: Your surgeon for follow up care , and to make sure you did not have any pocket of infection inside the wound (located ) , possible antibiotic treatments along with wound care

Nerve Pain: After the initial hernia repair there is always a risk of nerve injury. When someone has gone through two inguinal surgeries there is a very high likelihood of injury to the ilioinguinal and genitofemoral nerve.
