Light pain and tingling in left calf, occasional chest pains & sweats. cbc and d-dimer negative. dr examined leg this morning, but now i have a bruise?

Not DVT.: Sounds like you are concerned about a deep vein thrombosis. With a normal D dimer that is very unlikely. Also the appearance of a bruise suggests a musculoskeletal injury and not a DVT. Hard to correlate chest symptoms with your leg symptoms.
