I ve some pressure in the lower right side of stomach & feeling a little full also have little burning in the back after i eat,tight feeling in my stomach & slight diarrhea. i also get some tingling sensation in my abdomen this is going on for 2 days?

These symptoms have features of both upper & lower digestive disturbance. Viral gastroenteritis, some food intolerance, mild gastritis or esophagitis come to mind. The tingling sensation is nonspecific. At time I'd follow a bland,soft diet & drink room temperature fluids. If pain& tenderness develop in the right lower abdomen, get checked for possible appendicitis.
