I got stung by a sweat bee, there is no swelling but my leg is going numb and tingling, should i go to the hospital since i am unsure if i am allergic?

Better get checked: might not be an allergic reaction, at any rate take an antihistaminic OTC, don't drive, rest your leg for now, an ice pack would help too, better be seen by your doctor/urgent care/ER

Sweat bee sting caused swelling, dizziness, cold sweats and nausea, but no SOA. Symptoms releaved in 1-2 hours. Normal reaction or something worse.
