I found 2 lumps under jaw size of grapes about 7 months ago. same size, movable, no other symptoms. can this be cancer? should i be worried?

Cancer unlikely: These are likely to be lymph nodes. You should examine the nodes every couple of weeks and see a doctor if any of the following happens: It more than doubles in size, additional nodes become enlarged, node becomes painful, it ulcerates through the skin, you have unintended weight loss, you have fever.
