Hello, I have lupus as we all as recurring pericarditis. The treatment plan would be Kineret for the pericarditis, Plaquenil for Lupus as well as a low-dose steroid. Is this a bit much or does it seem adequate?
How is active lupus or flare treated if not with prednisone if already on Plaquenil? My rheumatologist only prescribes steroids for organ involvement. How to help the fatigue, etc when working full-time?
Have SLE and now severe joint pain and stiffness. On coumadin what can I take to help pain. Allergic to plaquenil. Stopped steroids after 17 yrs ?
