SLE: Patients with SLE can have chronic pain. The fact that your are on Coumadin makes it a little more challenging to give pain and anti-inflammatory medications. Topical NSAIDs and oral CBD oils may be good options. I would be happy to consult if you need one.

Hello, I have lupus as we all as recurring pericarditis. The treatment plan would be Kineret for the pericarditis, Plaquenil for Lupus as well as a low-dose steroid. Is this a bit much or does it seem adequate?
How is active lupus or flare treated if not with prednisone if already on Plaquenil? My rheumatologist only prescribes steroids for organ involvement. How to help the fatigue, etc when working full-time?
