Hello, I have lupus as we all as recurring pericarditis. The treatment plan would be Kineret for the pericarditis, Plaquenil for Lupus as well as a low-dose steroid. Is this a bit much or does it seem adequate?
How is active lupus or flare treated if not with prednisone if already on Plaquenil? My rheumatologist only prescribes steroids for organ involvement. How to help the fatigue, etc when working full-time?

Can you still have occasional joint pain, rashes, & fatigue from lupus even if youre not in a true flair? My rheumatologist checks cbc, c3, c4, UA,bmp Every six months. Nothing else. I get in/off symptoms between those 6 months. Im on plaquenil?
