Needs a biopsy: You r telling it is swollen for 2 yrs. IS it is painful or not. It could be a benign lymphnode but some conditions especially gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer etc, can cause enlargement of this particulr left side lymphnode. There are some slow growing solid organ tumours in the body and bec.the lyphnode was harmless don't ignore it. Consult ur PCP/surgeon.Thing like lymphoma etc, one node-unusual

Get a doc exam: Does the lymph node grow in size over the past two yrs ? You are probably better off to have a doctor to look at it, and see if a biospy is warrented. Indolent lymphoma can present a very slow growing lymph node. However, you won't know unless you biopsy it.

Low: Jesse, If you have had it for two years, and it hasn't grown much, your chance of lymphoma is low. That being said, it would be best to see your doctor and get a biopsy. Hope this helps!
