Concerning for: A gallbladder issue/attack. Have you ever experienced this before? How long does the pain last? Is it worse with more fatty meals or is it just as intense no matter what you eat? If this continues you may need a proper exam and possibly even imaging like an abdominal ultrasound. Consider a visit to your primary care doctor for proper evaluation.
