Many possibilities : your symptoms make me most concerned for a kidney stone; pain often starts at the waistline at the back then comes around towards the front and down the leg inside the thigh as the stone moves down the ureter. It is often extremely painful. There are other possibilities--muscle pain, pain coming from the spine, etc. see your doctor
