For 3 days i've been feeling a pain in my arm, shoulder, back, everything on the left side of my body, the side of my waist and hip hurt as well, it's not a very strong pain but very uncomfortable. i have no other symptoms?

Left sided pain: I can't think of any rheumatological disorder that causes the entire side of the body to be painful simultaneously. Disorders.of the thalamus of the brain stem can cause this but usually from a stroke. Since a tiny hemorrhage can cause it, I would only take acetimenophen for pain at this time & If symptoms persist I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation.
