Vitamin D: Your vitamin D level should be above 30. Low vitamin D levels could cause fatigue, memory loss and muscle pains. Low D is also associated with diabetes, heart disease, cancer, hypertension, osteoporosis and autoimmune disorders. If you are low in vitamin D, consider taking vitamin D3 supplements, 4000 IU daily which you can get at Costco. They are inexpensive.
