I'm on accutane. is there any indications about diet when on accutane? can i eat vitamin a food from animal (like egg, fish, liver, ...) occasionally?

Of course: Simply don't overdo it. Polar bear liver has enough vitamin a to make you sick, Accutane or not. You're already aware that vitamin a and Isotretinoin (which is a relative) have an additive effect in possibly raising the pressure inside your head or otherwise making you sick.
