MS: Unfortunately, ms is a progressive illness. I would recommend you a care by a center that specializes in ms.

Why no treatment?: You can expect significant disability if this is NOT treated ASAP. Am amazed that you are not taking an MS-specific medication currently. Do you NOT have a neurologist following you? Suggest, immediate visit, and get on either Tysabri (natalizumab) or Gilenya and also take Vitamin D-3 5000 units twice daily. Do also check vitamin B-12 levels.
