Early Pregnancy: At 233 hcg level, it is impossible to see an intrauterine pregnancy. So check your hcg again in 48 hrs and if it doubles, it is a good sign. If not you may have an ectopic Pregnacy. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for the pain if the level is 5/10?or more. I recommend you go see an Obgyn soon as well
