None: I have had patients like this. Don't be surprised if the ct scan of the temporal bone comes back normal. If it is normal reevaluate TMJ, consider Eustachian tube dysfunction, have your sinuses evaluated, and consider tension of your neck muscles as a cause ( your SCM muscle attached from your collar bone to the mastoid bone behind your ear.
