Wait it out?: If your fever has dissipated and you are no longer having abnormal stool, these may be signs that whatever virus or bad food you may have eaten is working its way out of your system and you are slowly returning to normal. I would keep making sure you're hydrating yourself adequately, water or Gatorade, and maybe even trying some bland foods like crackers, toast, or applesauce. Just don't push it!

F/u of orange stools: I think we saw your post about orange stools yesterday. If you still have stomach pain and feel weak after this long, e-mailing questions is not enough. You need to see a doctor in an office. You could be weak from dehydration, and only someone who can examine you in person can spot warning flags like changes in skin color, the location of your pain and other necessary details. Be careful.

Need more info: Good news you don't have fever or orange stool. How long you are suffering from them? How long they are stopped? Did this phenomenon happened before? Your stomach pain is just limited or diffuse to whole abdomen? Are there associated acid reflux? Does food or empty stomach affect pain? History of recent travel, sick contact or food habit changes? Have you seen a DOC?

Are you making urine: If so then try waiting it our at home if you seem to be getting better. your fever is gone and the diarrhea is slowed, so it seems you are getting better. Bigger question is are you drinking enough fluids, are you dizzy when you stand, are you making urine every few hours that is not very dark or in very small amounts. if you become dehydrated and cant keep oral fluids in, IV fluids needed.
