Could be Sars-CoV-2: Symptomatic relief is your aim right now. Acetaminophen/ibuprofen for fever and body aches, lots of fluids/electrolytes, rest and light meals. See Dr for difficulty breathing, low oxygen, bluish lips or chest pain. Isolate in one room and wear a mask if necessary to be around others at home.
