Stomach 'flu': Sounds like a touch of viral gastroenteritis, commonly known as stomach 'flu'. The key here is to keep child hydrated. Pedialyte or other oral rehydration is the best way to go if active vomiting. And once vomiting has subsided , try to get back to a normal diet asap as this help the gut get back to normal. Try a probiotic as well, and limit lactose intake as this can increase diarrhea and cramps.

Call MD ASAP : Need to call your baby's pediatrician asap. She needs to be evaluated soon but in the mean time keep him/her hydrated if he/she can tolerate fluids orally. Good luck.
