Think it's : Still from the extraction but it should be healed by this point. Possibly a nerve was involved an that is causing the sensitivity. If there is no infection I would think of nerve involvement. Where there is pain there is a problem. I would be persistent

Further evaluation: Maybe you need tooth replacements to support the muscle structure of the jaw and face. Without proper support, the muscles and nerves can give referred pain to these gum areas.
