Low calorie: Watch your calories. Avoid processed foods with unnatural ingredients. Find filling, low calorie foods like whole wheat. Also pay attention to what u drink-soda, alcohol, etc can have a lot of calories. Exercise regularly. To lose weight u need to burn more calories than you consume. Read on Mediterranean diet and see if you can follow. In the end, it's lifestyle changes rather than specific diets
