Not sure: Not sure how you define each. Sleep habits in adults are individual and body needs vary. If you dream when you sleep the amount of sleep you need tends to be less in order to fell refreshed. In general +/- 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep should be good. Judge by how you feel. Whatever refreshes YOU is what you need. Avoid alcohol caffeine or stimulants in the evening and exercise regularly.
