I am guessing: I am guessing about your question. No, it is not safe to mix together the three medications you mentioned. If you take Suboxone while vicoprofen (hydrocodone and ibuprofen) is in your system, you could go into immediate opiate withdrawal symptoms. Flexaril is related to the tricyclic antidepressants and is used as a muscle relaxant. Too much could cause sedation and even death.
