Does vicoprofen (hydrocodone and ibuprofen) cause me to sweat?

Yes: All narcotics including hydrocodone in vicoprofen (hydrocodone and ibuprofen) can cause a laundry list of side effects (i.e. Abdominal pain, anxiety, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, gas, headache, indigestion, infection, insomnia, itching, loss of strength, nausea, nervousness, sweating, swelling, vomiting). Sweating is also included in that list.

Depends...: Vicoprofen (hydrocodone and ibuprofen) like other opiates can cause sweating in addition to many other side effects. With physician supervision, you may be able to discontinue usage for 24 hours and determine if the sweating goes away.

It just does: Opioid μ- and κ-receptors mediate hyperthermic responses. Increased body temperature is simply an effect of where these drugs bind to in the brain and spinal cord.
