Toothache: If these meds are not helping, you apparantly have an advanced infection. Antibiotics will probably help short-term, but you need to see a dentist asap to have the tooth treated.
Taking pain meds without having the tooth treated will only allow the infection to worsten, making it harder to alleviate the pain.
