Low back Pain: This may be coming from Lower Lumbar vertebrae. Some thing like Sciatica, If you had unusual activity requiring repeated siting and getting up, walking long distance and driving long distance,all of these may irritate Sciatic nerve and cause pain in Gluteal region and some times radiate ti lower extremities. Confirm with Exam and then MRI. Rx NSAID , Physical Therapy and local Ice application
