Leg Problems: The question is always where to begin? I am a podiatrist, so we tend to look upwards from the feet. Make sure you are in very stable shoes and orthotics to support your ankles that feel like giving out. Stretch your calves 3 times daily as long as you do not cause pain. Have a back doctor see how to stabilize your spine. Ice 10 minutes three times daily any area that feels inflamed. Dr rich blake.

Needs evaluation.: Start with a thorough history and complete medical exam, including comprehensive blood tests, including an arthritic profile, a urinalysis, ECG and chest x-rays. Then, assuming a systemic disease has not been identified and imaging has included MRI of the involved areas, a rheumatologist might be required to define the problems and treatment.
